IN LAUNCHING THIS YEAR'S BIG BANG! AND LITTLE BANG!
The entire UC Davis and Sacramento area
community including faculty, students, staff, alumni, and regional
businesses and investors are encouraged to attend. You will have the
opportunity to interact with students, researchers and others
interested in participating in the competition. Learn how you can
get involved and develop your entrepreneurial interests and support
entrepreneurship in the Sacramento region!
This FREE event will present you with
all the information you need to participate in both of this year's
competitions. The Little Bang poster competition, which links
research results to market opportunity, encourages graduate students
in the sciences and engineering to explore the commercial potential
of their research. The Big Bang! Business Plan competition helps you
transform your ideas into action, by developing a complete business
plan. In total, a $40,000 prize pool is available to winning teams!
