You're invited to the annual UC Davis Business Plan Competition Entrepreneurs Grill Event

This is an opportunity for you to:

• Watch start-up companies pitch their business ideas to a panel of VCs who “grill” the entrepreneurs about their business plans in front of a live audience.
• Learn how you can participate in the competition as a contestant, mentor, or advisor. Help develop a business plan around some of the brilliant IP being generated on campus.
• Network with highly motivated UC Davis students (undergraduate and graduate), faculty, staff and alumni from the schools of management, engineering, biotechnology, medicine, law and other campus departments.
• Meet the key people with money and business connections; including leading venture capitalists, angel investors, intellectual property attorneys, dealmakers and other service professionals.
• Support UC Davis and its efforts to fuel the entrepreneurial drive on campus and the Sacramento region by commercializing technology, research and marketable ideas coming out of the university.
